1923 is a burlesque club/cigar bar. It is a speakeasy concept complete with a secret entry located at Mandalay Place in the Mandalay Bay Casino & Resort Las Vegas. It is an intimate club with 200 seats and live entertainment.
Westgate Sportsbook Remodel
The Westgate Superbook Remodel project include the world’s largest television screen at 18 feet high x 229 feet long with a 90 degree radius.
The project also includes a new 90 foot long bar with private VIP viewing booths. It also includes a remodel of the restaurant/deli.
Hooters Hotel Casino
35M renovation of the Hooters Hotel
The project involves rebranding to a Holiday Inn product, including the remodel of 697 guestrooms, 31,000 sf casino, 3 restaurants and complete makeover of the pool area. Exterior upgrades include a new porte cochere along with site improvements.
